全面依法治国视域下大学生法治思维培育的调查研究

Investigation and Research on the Cultivation of College Students’Rule of Law Thinking from the Perspective of Comprehensive Rule of Law

大学生是我国全面依法治国的生力军,大学生法治思维培育既是全面依法治国的重要任务也是当前高校思想政治教育的重要课题。文章首先阐释了大学生法治思维的内涵,其次对大学生法治思维的培育现状调查做了分析,针对存在的问题构建大学生法治思维切实有效培育的路径,以期大学生“内化于心”养成良好的法治思维习惯,“外化于行”形成推进全面依法治国的合力。

College students are the vital force for comprehensively governing the country by law,cultivation of college students'rule of law thinking is not only an important task for comprehensively governing the country by law,but also an important subject for ideological and political education in higher colleges.The paper first explains the connotation of undergraduates'rule of law thinking,and then analyzes the investigation of the cultivation of undergraduates'rule of law thinking,based on the existing problems,it builds a path for effective cultivation of undergraduates'rule of law thinking,it is hoped that college students will"internalize in their hearts"to develop a good habit of rule of law thinking,and"externalize in their actions"to form a joint force to promote comprehensive rule of law.
