摘要
民办高校教师队伍不稳定、水平参差不齐等多种问题一直横亘在民办高校之中,严重影响着学校教学和科研等各个方面。为了应对中青年骨干教师队伍的建设问题,各民办高校一方面应当从教师队伍管理的层面入手,在相关人才的招聘、引进、保留、稳定、发展等方面采取措施,优化教师队伍;另一方面应不断提升中青年骨干教师的综合能力,优化其在教学、教研与科研三方面的能力。究其根本,建设中青年骨干教师队伍是为学生培养、学科发展而服务,在教师管理与能力提升方面双管齐下才是可行之策。
Instability and uneven level of teachers in private colleges and universities have been ubiquitous among private colleges and universities,which have seriously affected school teaching and scientific research.In order to cope with the construction of the backbone of young and middle-aged teachers,private universities should start with the management of the teaching staff and take measures to recruit,introduce,retain,stabilize and develop relevant talents to optimize the teaching staff.The comprehensive capabilities of young and middle-aged teachers should be continuously improved,and their abilities in teaching,teaching and research and scientific research should be optimized.At its root,building a team of young and middle-aged teachers is to serve the cultivation of students and the development of disciplines.It is a feasible strategy to combine both management and capacity improvement of teachers.
