思想道德修养与法律基础课程是大学必修的一门课程,主要是对大学生的思想进行培养和教育,树立大学生具有正确的人生观、价值观、法律道德观。使当代大学生能全面地学习知识,使各个方向都有突破的发展。无论专科还是本科院校,这门学科都是必修的课程,最后是通过考试的方式来决定学生对这门学科的学习结果,并计入期末考核的成绩中。考核的方式有多种,教师会根据学生的学习来选择一个适合的考核方式。这里的教学还是存在一些弊端,需要更好的方案去实行。

The ideological and moral cultivation and basic law course is a compulsory course in university,which is referred to as thinking training for short.It is mainly to train and educate college students’thoughts,and establish college students to have a correct outlook on life,values and legal morality.Finally,the students’learning results in this subject are determined through examinations,which are included in the results of the final assessment.There are many ways to assess.Teachers will choose a suitable assessment method according to the students’learning.There are still some drawbacks to the teaching here,and a better plan is needed to implement it.
