以岗位需求为导向的高职电子商务专业岗位群建设模式研究

Research on the Construction Mode of Post Group Oriented by Job Demand Oriented Higher Vocational E-commerce

响应“工学交替、校企合作”高职院校人才培养政策,广州南洋理工职业学院对电子商务专业改革时,提出基于岗位群综合实践教学模式,创建以岗位胜任力为导向的特色班,提出链式课程体系结构等,尝试为高职院校电子商务特色教育提供一定的参考。

In response to the talent training policy of“work study alternation,school enterprise cooperation”in higher vocational colleges,Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic puts forward the comprehensive practical teaching mode based on post group,the creation of characteristic class oriented by post competency,and the chain course system structure,etc.It tries to provide certain reference for the E-commerce characteristic education in higher vocational colleges.
