新时期高校统战工作不断向基层院系延伸,如何提高基层党组织统战工作质量已成为高校统战工作亟待研究的重要课题。本文围绕建立科学化基层统战工作机制作为提高院系党组织统战工作质量的切入点,结合学院日常工作实际,找出能有效提升基层党组织统战工作科学性的路径方法,以期对今后提高高校基层党组织统战工作实效性有所帮助。
