职业素养教育视域下高职院校高质量就业工作路径探究——以江苏信息职业技术学院为例

On the High Quality Employment Path of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Vocational Quality Education--A Case Study of Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology

就业是民生之本,高校毕业生就业,是实现经济持续健康发展、民生改善和稳定社会大局的重要保障。坚持积极稳健的就业政策,实现更高质量就业满足政、行、企、校、生多方面需求。职业素养教育是高职院校技术技能型人才培养的重要方面,是匹配市场企业需求的环节。本文以江苏信息职业技术学院为例出发,立足开展的职业素养教育,分析高质量就业的内涵和必要性,探索高职院校就业相关工作过程中的新方法和新路径,有效提升高职院校学生就业工作实效性。

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.The employment of college graduates is an important guarantee for sustained and sound economic development,improvement of people’s livelihood and social stability.We will adhere to a proactive and prudent employment policy to ensure that higher quality employment meets the needs of government,industry,enterprises,schools and students.Vocational literacy education is an important aspect of technical and skilled personnel training in higher vocational colleges and a link to meet the needs of enterprises in the market.Based on the Jiangsu Vocational College of Information Technology,this paper analyzes the connotation and necessity of high-quality employment,explores new methods and new paths in the process of employment related work in vocational colleges,and effectively improves the effectiveness of employment work in vocational colleges.
