基于体验式学习理论与“研本互动”的学习型大学生党支部建设探索与实践

A Discussion about Party Branch Building of College Students on the Experiential Learning Theory and Method of the Interaction between Postgraduates and Undergraduates

强化大学生党支部建设,发挥其战斗堡垒作用,始终是高校党建工作的重要内容。通过对大学生党员发展以及大学生党支部建设现状调查分析,以科研创新团队或社会实践团队为基础,按照“以党建带学术、以学术促党建”的基本工作思路,融合体验式学习机制,构建“研本互动”模式的学习型党支部,完善党员发展质量保障机制,激发教师党员、研究生党员、本科生党员参与组织生活的热情,切实提升大学生党员质量。

It is an important task for high school to enhance the construction of Party branch of college students and exert its roles as a battle fortress.The paper aims to improve the system of guaranteeing the quality of the development of the members of the communist Party and to stimulate the members’passion to take part in regular activities of the Party and to improve the quality of the members at colleges by analyzing the development and the construction of Party branch at present.The paper is based on the groups of research and innovation or the groups of social practice,which is according to the basic thoughts improving the academic by the construction of the Party and promoting the Party building.At the same time,it uses the experiential learning system in its study.
