青少年志愿服务意识的培育路径研究——以阜阳市为例

Research on the Way of Cultivating Youth Volunteer Service Consciousness--Taking Fuyang City as an Example

培育青少年志愿服务意识有助于构建和完善社会主义核心价值体系、拓展学校德育教育途径进而促进青少年的自我教育和自我发展。近年来,阜阳市在培育青少年志愿服务意识方面取得阶段性成效,同时,也面临着青少年志愿服务意识不强、志愿服务活动方式单一以及志愿服务保障体制不完善等方面的发展困境。因此,社会、学校与家庭必须发挥合力搭建青少年参与社会公共服务的实践平台,以社会公共服务为切入点加强青少年与社会的接触和联系,从而培养青少年的社会责任感与高尚的道德情操,这也是培养全面发展的社会主义建设者面临的重要课题。

Cultivating young people’s voluntary service consciousness helps to build and improve the socialist core value system,expand the school’s moral education channels,and then promote young people’s self-education and self-development.In recent years,Fuyang City has achieved staged results in cultivating young people’s voluntary service consciousness.At the same time,it is also facing development difficulties such as weak young people’s voluntary service consciousness,single mode of voluntary service activities,and incomplete voluntary service guarantee system.Therefore,society,schools,and families must play a concerted effort to build a platform for young people to participate in social and public services,and strengthen the contact and connection between young people and the society in the form of social and public services.This is also an important issue facing the cultivation of comprehensively developed socialist builders.
