混合式学习背景下高职课程文化的转型与重构

Transformation and Reconstruction of Higher Vocational Curriculum Culture under the Background of Blended Learning

随着教育信息化2.0的全面推进,混合式学习将成为高职教育的主流形态,要实现从传统课程到混合式课程的转型,不仅需要信息技术的支持,而且需要课程文化的再造。当前混合式学习中存在的学生动力不足、参与度低等问题根源在于混合式课程有了信息化的“躯体”,却仍是控制型文化的“心智”。高职教育需要构建“自主”型课程文化,以个体本位的课程目标、学生本位的课程内容、变革协作的课程实施与成果导向的课程评价,使学生从“教”的对象成为“学”的主体。

With the comprehensive advancement of education informatization 2.0,blended learning will become the mainstream form of higher vocational education.To realize the transformation from traditional curriculum to hybrid curriculum,not only the support of information technology but also the re-engineering of curriculum culture is needed.The problem of insufficient student motivation and low participation in current blended learning lies in the fact that the mixed curriculum has the“body”of informationization,but it is still the“mindset”of the controlled culture.Higher vocational education needs to build an“empowerment”curriculum culture,with individual-based curriculum objectives,student-based curriculum content,curriculum reform of change and collaboration,and results-oriented curriculum evaluation,so that students become the subject of“learning”from the object of“teaching”.
