摘要
根据流化床反应器用微球催化剂的粒径分布、球形度、耐磨强度等要求,针对制备微球催化剂的喷雾干燥造粒技术,综述了浆液配制、喷雾干燥工艺条件对微球催化剂的理化性质及催化性能的影响,为微球催化剂的研究提供借鉴。
According to the requirements of particle size distribution,sphericity and abrasion resistance of the microsphere catalyst used in fluidized bed reactors,the effects of slurry preparation and spray drying process conditions on the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance of microsphere catalysts are reviewed for the spray drying granulation technology for preparing microsphere catalyst.These provide a reference for the study of microsphere catalysts.
