摘要
建立了一种化学-酶法串联一锅合成R-δ-戊内酯的方法。该方法将酶促动态动力学拆分与烯烃复分解反应融为一体,通过一锅反应得到ee值高于90%的R-δ-戊内酯。
A chemo-enzymatic method for one-pot synthesis of R-δ-valerolactone was established.The enzymatic dynamic kinetic resolution was combined with the olefin metathesis reaction in this method,and R-δ-valerolactone with ee value higher than 90%could be obtained by one-pot reaction.
