摘要
将化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus应用于化工原理实验教学,以精馏塔分离乙醇-正丙醇混合液为例,分别进行简捷DSTWU模块和严格RadFrac模块的模拟计算。通过将Aspen Plus与传统化工原理实验相结合,不仅加深了学生对课程的理解认识,而且提高了学生分析和解决问题的能力,促进教学质量的提升。
The chemical process simulation software Aspen Plus was applied to the experimental teaching of chemical engineering principles.Taking the separation of ethanol-n-propanol mixture in the rectification column as an example,the simulation calculations of the simple DSTWU module and the strict RadFrac module were carried out.The combination of Aspen Plus and the traditional experiments of chemical engineering principles not only deepens students'comprehension of the course,but also improves students'ability to analyze and solve problems and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
