摘要
聚丙烯复合材料网作为巷道支护材料具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、遮挡面积大、具有更好的施工安全性等优点,在支护工程中得到广泛运用。文中研究了两种聚丙烯含量不同的复合材料网对混凝土衬砌力学性能的影响,通过室内模型试验分析,结果发现含10%聚丙烯的复合材料网A在混凝土衬砌的力学性能优于含20%聚丙烯的复合材料网B,具有更高的实际应用价值。
As the support material of tunnel,polypropylene composite material has many advantages,such as light weight,corrosion resistance,large shielding area,better construction safety,and so on.It has been widely used in support engineering.On this basis,through the indoor model test to study and analyze the effects of two kinds of composites meshes with different polypropylene content on the mechanical properties of concrete lining,the results show that the mechanical properties of the composite mesh A containing 10%polypropylene is better than that of the composite mesh B containing 20%polypropylene,have higher practical value.
