幽门螺杆菌感染对帕金森患者运动能力及氧化应激的影响 被引量:5

Impact of Helicobacter pylori infection on motor ability and oxidative stress injury in patients with Parkinson’s disease

摘要 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对帕金森病(PD)患者运动能力及氧化应激损伤的影响。方法选取2015年1月-2019年6月贵州省人民医院收治的PD患者241例,根据有无Hp感染分为Hp感染组(n=171)和非Hp感染组(n=70),比较两组的运动能力和氧化应激水平;比较Hp感染组患者经克拉霉素三联疗法治疗前后的运动能力和氧化应激水平。结果 Hp感染组患者帕金森病综合评分表(UPDRS III)评分、H-Y分级高于非Hp感染组(P<0.05);与非Hp感染组相比,Hp感染组的"开"期时间明显较短、"关"期时间明显较长(P<0.05);Hp感染组患者的血清MDA和GSH水平低于非Hp感染组(P<0.05)。治疗后,Hp感染组患者的UPDRS III评分和H-Y分级均降低(P<0.05);"开"期明显延长,而"关"期明显缩短(P<0.05);血清MDA和GSH水平均升高(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染可降低PD患者的运动能力,加重氧化应激损伤,临床对合并Hp感染的PD患者应加强清除Hp治疗。 OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of Helicobacter pylori infection on motor ability and oxidative stress injury in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD). METHODS A total of 241 patients with PD who were treated in Guizhou People’s Hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jun. 2019 were enrolled in the study and divided into the Hp infection group with 171 cases and the non-Hp infection group with 70 cases according to the status of the H.pylori infection. The motor ability and oxidative stress level were compared between the two groups, and the motor ability and oxidative stress level were observed and compared among the patients in the Hp infection group before and after the clarithromycin triple therapy. RESULTS The Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale III(UPDRS III) score and H-Y grade of the Hp infection group were significantly higher than those of the non-Hp infection group(P<0.05). The ’on’ period of the Hp infection group was significantly shorter than that of the non-Hp infection group, while the ’off’ period of the Hp infection group was significantly longer than that of the non-Hp infection group(P<0.05). The levels of serum MDA and GSH of the Hp infection group were significantly lower than those of the non-Hp infection group(P<0.05). The UPDRS III score and H-Y grade of the Hp infection group were significantly reduced after the treatment(P<0.05);the ’on’ period was significantly longer, while the ’off’ period was significantly shorter(P<0.05);the levels of serum MDA and GSH were significantly elevated(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The H.pylori infection may weaken the motor ability of the PD patients and aggravate the oxidative stress injury. It is necessary for the hospital to strengthen the elimination of H.pylori for the PD patients.
