表面增强拉曼光谱技术与酶抑制技术在农残速测应用方面的比较

Comparison of Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Technology and Enzyme Inhibition Technology in the Application of Pesticide Residue Rapid Measurement

摘要 农药残留快速检测技术(农残速测)对保障农产品质量安全以及提升农产品质量安全监管工作有着非常重要的作用。作为一种比较先进的农产品质量安全检测技术,表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术得到了广泛关注。本文将SERS技术与传统酶抑制技术进行比较,结果显示,SERS技术在农残速测应用方面具有灵敏度和准确性更高、检测范围更广、定性更准确、扩展性更强、操作时间更短以及不易受基质干扰等优点。 The rapid detection technology of pesticide residues is very important to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products and improve the supervision of agricultural products quality and safety.As a relatively advanced new rapid detection technology,surface-enhanced raman spectroscopy(SERS)has got a lot of attention.In this paper,the SERS technique is compared with the traditional enzyme inhibition technique.The result shows that the application of SERS technology in the rapid detection of pesticide residues has a higher sensitivity and accuracy,detection range,qualitative more accurate,more extended,shorter operating time and not subject to matrix interference and other advantages.
