药物中氨曲南的荧光分析新方法探讨

Discussion on the New Method for Fluorescence Analysis of Aztreonam in Drugs

本文对药物中氨曲南的荧光反应的应用价值进行探讨,以罗丹明B-氨曲南混合溶液的荧光反应对药物及尿液中的氨曲南进行测定。本次研究表明,氨曲南加标回收率为97.6%~102%,经计算,1#待测溶液和2#待测溶液的相关标准偏差为1.9%~2.7%。新荧光分析方法在药品中氨曲南的测定中具有使用价值,本文采用最佳操作手法,灵敏度高,测验结果可靠。

In this paper,the application value of aztreonam in drugs is discussed.The fluorescence reaction of rhodamine-B-aztreonam mixed solution is used to determine aztreonam in drugs and urine.This study shows that the standard recovery rate of aztreonam is 97.6%—102%.The relative standard deviation of the solution to be tested is calculated to be 1.9%to 2.7%.The new fluorescence analysis method can be used in the determination of aztreonam in pharmaceuticals.This experiment adopts the best operation method,with high sensitivity and reliable test results.
