摘要
本文对比了微波消解和湿法消解对大蒜中硒(Se)元素测定的影响,试验表明2种方法都可以应用到大蒜中Se的测定,加标回收率都符合要求。微波消解和湿法消解在赶酸时均加入高氯酸,加热至溶液冒出白烟时停止,减少了Se的挥发,加标回收率结果均在90%以上。
This paper compares the effect of microwave digestion and wet digestion on the determination of selenium in garlic,the result shows that both methods could be applied to the determination of selenium in garlic.In the microware digestion and wet digestion,perchloric acid is added to the solution,and stoping heating when white smoke appears in the solution,which reduces the volatilization of selenium and makes the recovery rate above 90%.
