摘要
本文使用高效液相色谱法同时测定酱油中色胺、β-苯乙胺、腐胺、尸胺、组胺、酪胺、亚精胺和精胺。样品经稀释后,经丹磺酰氯衍生及C18柱色谱分离,以0.1 mol/L乙酸铵和乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,254 nm紫外检测器检测。结果表明,在1~50 mg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)>0.999,该法简便、快速、可靠。
In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography is used to simultaneously determine tryptamine,β-phenethylamine,putrescine,cadaverine,histamine,tyramine,spermidine and spermine in soy sauce.After the sample is diluted,it is derivatized with dansyl chloride and separated by C18 column chromatography,using 0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate and acetonitrile as mobile phases for gradient elution,and detected by the 254 nm ultraviolet detector.The results show that the linear relationship is good within 1~50 mg/L,the correlation coefficient(r)>0.999,and the method is simple,fast and reliable.
