农产品质检机构开展检验检测机构资质认定与农产品检测机构考核“二合一”评审的时间紧、方向多、任务重,现场评审组的结论直接关系被评审方申报的检测能力是否得到认可。为了更好地做好“二合一”评审备审工作,理清思路,本文就“二合一评审”备审阶段的工作要点进行讨论,并针对常见问题提出建议。本文首先对“二合一评审”进行了介绍,其次分析了备审工作中管理要求方面、技术要求方面的主要准备工作、开展申报工作时的关注点、现场评审的重要检查方向等。

The"two-in-one"review of agricultural product quality inspection agency qualification certification and agricultural product testing agency assessment is tight,multi-directed,and task-heavy.The conclusions of the on-site review team are directly related to whether the testing capabilities declared by the assessed party are recognized.In order to do a better job of the"two-in-one"review and clarify the thinking,this paper discusses the main points of the"two-in-one"review,review stage and makes suggestions for common problems.This paper first introduces the"two-in-one"review,and then analyzes the main preparation work including the management requirements and technical requirements in the preparatory work,the focus of the application work,and the important inspection directions of the on-site review.
