左炔诺孕酮片近红外定性模型的建立和应用

摘要 为了建立一种快速鉴别不同厂家生产的左炔诺孕酮片真伪的方法,本文采用近红外光谱法采集了8个厂家共24批次样品的近红外反射光谱,采用一阶导数联合矢量归一化法分析光谱数据,建立定性模型并加以验证。结果显示,该模型的预测结果与法定检验结果一致,准确性较好。所建模型可快速鉴别左炔诺孕酮片的真伪,可以作为药品检测现场快速筛查的重要手段。 In order to establish a method for the rapid identification of levonorgestrel tablets from different manufacturers,near-infared spectroscopic method is conducted to collect the infrared spectroscopy of 24 batches of levonorgestrel tablets from 8 manufacturers in this paper,first derivative is combined with vector normalization to analyze the spectral data,mathematical models are established and validated.The result shows that the prediction results of this model are consistent with the legal test results,and the accuracy is good.The model can identify the authenticity of levonorgestrel tablets quickly,it can be used as an important means of rapid screening in drug testing site.
