摘要
为了对山东省食品检测资源与质量控制结果进行调查,进一步完善食品检测体系,强化食品检验机构的质量控制和管理,本文采用问卷调查、审核、现场考察方式对14家食品检验机构情况进行调查。结果显示,14家检验机构共开展486项检测项目,平均符合率为97.12%,盲样考核总满意度为80.26%。经食品检测资源调查与质量控制,可明确不同行业、部门资源掌握情况与检测能力,增强其质控意识,保证食品检测质量,及时发现食品质量监管存在的不足与问题。
In order to investigate the food testing resources and quality control results in shandong province,to further improve the food testing system,and to strengthen the quality control and management of food inspection agencies,14 food inspection institutions are investigated by means of questionnaire survey,audit and field investigation in this paper.The result shows that a total of 486 inspection items are carried out by 14 inspection institutions,with an average coincidence rate of 97.12%and a total satisfaction of 80.26%for blind sample assessment.Through the investigation and quality control of food testing resources,it is possible to clarify the resource control and testing capabilities of different industries and departments,enhance their quality control awareness,ensure the quality of food testing,and timely discover the deficiencies and problems in food quality supervision.
