摘要
在食品安全检测中,表面等离子体共振(SPR)技术凭借其无须对检测物质进行标记,试剂用量少,检测速度快,检测灵敏度高且可在检测过程中进行实时观测等优势受到人们的广泛关注。本文通过探究SPR的原理,分析其在食品安全检测中的应用,并对SPR在未来应用中的发展趋势进行探讨。
Surface plasmon resonance(SPR)technology in food safety detection has attracted wide attention because of its advantages such as no need to label the detection substances,less amount of reagents used,fast detection speed,high detection sensitivity and real-time observation in the detection process.This paper studies the principle of SPR,analyzes its application in food safety detection,and discusses the development trend of SPR in future application.
