工业锅炉能效测试中的问题及节能措施分析

Analysis of the Problems in Energy Efficiency Testing of Industrial Boilers and the Energy-Saving Measures

工业锅炉是重要的能源转换设备,也是高能耗设备,工业锅炉的节能减排是环保工作中的一项重要内容。在探究工业锅炉节能效果时,须对其能效进行测试,了解其利用状况,进而找出能效测试中存在的问题,并提出节能措施加以改进。本文运用工业锅炉能效检测设备及方法,对某市工业锅炉的能耗情况进行统计,并总结了工业锅炉能效测试中的问题,从不同层面提出工业锅炉的节能措施。

Industrial boilers are not only important energy conversion equipment,but also high energy consumption equipment.Under the concept of energy saving and environmental protection,industrial boilers are an important part of energy saving and emission reduction.When exploring the energy-saving effect of industrial boilers,it is necessary to test their energy efficiency to understand their utilization status,and then find out the problems in the energy efficiency test and propose energy-saving measures to improve this situation.This study uses industrial boiler energy efficiency testing equipment and methods to conduct statistics on the energy consumption of industrial boilers in a city,and summarizes the problems in industrial boiler energy efficiency testing,and then proposes energy saving measures for industrial boilers from different levels.
