摘要
以30Mn石油套管用钢为研究对象,采用P参数理论建立了30Mn钢的回火方程;采用泰勒展开式对其回火后的硬度分布进行了拟合。结果表明:本研究所建立的回火方程,可以用于30Mn钢的回火力学性能预测和回火工艺优化,其显微硬度的试验值和理论值误差在5 HV以内。
Taking 30Mn oil casing steel as the research object,the tempering equation of the 30Mn steel was established by Hollomon-Jaffe parameter theory,and the hardness distribution of the 30Mn steel after tempering was fitted by Taylor approximation theory.The results show that the tempering equation established in this study can be used to predict the tempering mechanical properties and optimize the tempering process of the 30Mn steel,and the error of experimental value and theoretical value of microhardness is less than 5 HV.
