摘要
某公司一批4Cr5MoSiV1钢模块在进行锻造加工时发生开裂。通过化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试和能谱分析等方法对模块锻造开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:4Cr5MoSiV1钢模块显微组织中存在的偏析以及沿晶分布的网络状低熔点富铜相是造成锻造开裂的直接原因。
A batch of 4Cr5MoSV1 steel modules in a company cracked during forging. The causes of forging cracking were analyzed by chemical composition anslysis, metallographic examination, hardness test, energy spectrum analysis and so on. The results show that the proximate causes of forging cracking were segregation and network like low melting point copper rich phase distributed along the crystal in microstructure of 4Cr5MoSV1 steel module.
