羧甲司坦联合噻托溴铵在支气管哮喘缓解期患者中的应用效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨羧甲司坦联合噻托溴铵在支气管哮喘缓解期患者中的应用效果。方法:抽取2014年1月至2018年12月郑州煤炭工业(集团)有限责任公司总医院收治的支气管哮喘患者120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予噻托溴铵粉雾剂吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口服羧甲司坦,治疗3个月。比较两组患者的临床疗效、哮喘控制测试表(ACT)评分,诱导痰中炎症介质白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平以及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(83.33%,P<0.05);观察组ACT评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组诱导痰中IL-6、TNF-α、ECP水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD3+、CD4+水平高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:羧甲司坦联合噻托溴铵治疗支气管哮喘喘缓解期患者,有效抑制气道炎症反应,哮喘控制较好,疗效显著。 Objective To investigate the effects of carbocisteine combined with tiotropium bromide in patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage.Methods A total of 120 patients with bronchial asthma treated in General Hospital of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group from January 2014 and December 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation,and the observation group were treated with oral carbocisteine on the basis of the control group for 3 months.Clinical efficacy and asthma control test(ACT)scores were compared between the two groups,The levels of Inflammatory mediator interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP)and T lymphocyte subsets in sputum were induced.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%,P<0.05).The ACT score of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-αand ECP in the induced sputum of observation group were lower than those in the control group,and IL-10 levels were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8+levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Carbocisteine combined with tiotropium bromide can effectively inhibit airway inflammation and better control asthma of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage,with obvious curative effect.
