在城市化进程不断加快的今天,我国城市建设已从增量规划向存量规划转变,这进一步提升了城市土地的空间利用效率,同时打造成高品质、精细化城市空间。基于城市设计理念,人们越来越重视建筑设计管理控制。本文在全面了解城市设计和建筑管理控制相关概述的前提下,阐述了城市设计理念下建筑设计管理的控制要素,并在此基础上,通过具体案例,对建筑设计管理控制要点进行了分析与探讨,以期不断提升我国城市建设管理水平。

With the acceleration of urbanization,urban construction in China has changed from incremental planning to stock planning,further improving the spatial efficiency of urban land,and gradually building into a high-quality and refined urban space.Based on the concept of urban design,people pay more and more attention to the management and control of architectural design.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the relevant overview of urban design and building management control,this paper expounds the control elements of building design management under the concept of urban design,and on this basis,through specific cases,analyzes and discusses the key points of building design management control,in order to continuously improve the level of urban construction management in China.
