摘要
在E PC总承包模式影响下,我国工程项目在设计阶段的风险管理得到一定改善,特别是在采购和施工等方面尤为显著。但由于该合同模式的风险较大,因此为了有效控制项目中的风险,最大限度地将风险费转化为利润,本文对E P C总承包模式下的项目风险管理措施进行一定研究,以期提出有效的解决策略。
Under the influence of EPC mode,the risk management of China's engineering projects in the design stage has been improved,especially in the aspects of procurement and construction.However,due to the high risk of the contract mode,in order to effectively control the risks in the project and maximize the risk cost into profits,this paper studies the project risk management measures under the EPC general contract mode,with a view to proposing effective solutions.
