工程竣工结算直接关系到发、承包双方的经济利益,工程造价结算是在原投标报价或合同价的基础上,进行费用的增减调整,并在最后进行的汇总。工程竣工结算工作必须做好收集整理竣工结算、对收集的资料进行梳理、现场实地踏勘,按照合同约定计价标准及办法编制结算文件。基于此,本文介绍了工程竣工结算编制工作要点,以期为工程应用提供参考。
