纤维对碱式硫酸镁水泥泡沫混凝土性能影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用化学发泡法制备了碱式硫酸镁水泥泡沫混凝土(MOSFC),研究了不同掺量的玻璃纤维(GF)和聚丙烯纤维(PP)对MOSFC干密度、导热系数、孔隙率、体积吸水率、软化系数和力学性能的影响,并结合XRD、SEM方法分析了其作用机理。结果表明,GF和PP的加入能够提高MOSFC的强度,且二者的最佳掺量分别为0.5%和1.5%;GF和PP在改善MOSFC力学性能的同时增大了干密度和导热系数,降低了保温性能;掺加1.0%的GF能有效改善MOSFC的抗水性能,但PP对MOSFC的抗水性能不利。 The chemical foaming method was used to prepare magnesium oxysulfide cement foam concrete(MOSFC),and the effects of glass fiber(GF)and polypropylene fiber(PP)content on the dry density,thermal conductivity,porosity,volumetric water absorption,softening coefficient and mechanical properties of basic magnesium sulfate cement foam concrete were studied,and the mechanism was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that the addition of GF and PP can increase the strength of MOSFC,and the optimal dosage of GF and PP is 0.5%and 1.5%,respectively.The addition of GF and PP can increase the dry density and thermal conductivity while improving the mechanical properties,and the thermal insulation performance decrease.Adding 1%GF can effectively improve the water resistance of MOSFC,but PP is detrimental to the water resistance of MOSFC.
