The standard T/CECS 10082-2020 Calcium and Magnesium Oxides Based Expansive Agent for Concrete has been implemented on June 1,2020.As a new standard,in order to carry out and implement the specifications of the standard reasonably and scientifically for the users,the establishing background,purpose and meanings of the standard are introduced,and the main issues of the standard are interpreted.
