武汉火神山医院医务人员职业暴露危险因素调查

Risk factors for occupational exposure of medical personnel in Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital

目的分析武汉火神山医院医务人员职业暴露危险因素,为采取针对性防控措施提供科学依据。方法对2020年2月4日-2020年3月23日武汉火神山医院21名医务人员职业暴露资料进行调查与分析。结果25岁以下的医务人员职业暴露发生率为12.00%;年龄>35岁的医院人员职业暴露发生率1.30%;职业暴露的主要高危人群是主管护师及以上,占66.60%;职业暴露方式主要是针刺伤和皮肤黏膜暴露,分别占76.19%和23.81%。结论护目镜起雾、防护用品使用时间过长、防护过度、违反操作规程等是医务人员发生职业暴露的危险因素,采取切实可行的防控策略,对保障医务人员的职业安全具有重要意义。

OBJECIIVE To analyze the risk factors of occupational exposure of medical personnel,and to provide scientific basis for targeted preventive and control measures in Wuhan Huoshenshan hospital.METHODS The occupational exposure data of 21 medical staff in Wuhan Huoshenshan hospital from Feb.4,2020 to Mar.23,2020 were investigated and analyzed.RESULTST The occupational exposure rate of medical personnel under 25 years was 12.00%.The occupational exposure rate of medical personnel over the age of 35 was 1.30%.The charge nurses and major populations at high risk of occupational exposure accounted for 66.60%.The major occupational exposure modes were needle-stick injury and mucous membrane exposure,accounting for 76.19%and 23.81%,respectively.CONCLUSION Fogging of goggles,excessive use of protective equipment,excessive protection,and violation of operating rules were the risk factors for occupational exposure of medical personnel.Taking practical and feasible prevention and control strategies is of great significance to ensure the occupational safety of medical personnel.
