摘要
感染的发生影响血液透析患者的预后及生存情况,是广泛关注的公共卫生问题。但由于门诊环境复杂,患者管理存在困难,如何做好血液透析相关感染的防治是临床工作中面临的一大难题。本文主要对门诊血液透析患者血液感染等常见感染问题的流行现况,危险因素及预防措施等进行综述,旨在提高对血液透析相关感染的认识,进一步减少感染的发生。
The occurrence of infection affects the prognosis and survival of homodialysis patients,and is a public health issue that is widely concerned in the world.However,due to the complex outpatient environment and difficulties in patient management,how to prevent and treat hemodialysis-related infections is a major problem in clinical work.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the current status,risk factors,and preventive measures of common infection problems such as blood infections in outpatient hemodialysis patients,in order to improve the awareness of hemodialysis-related infections and further reduce the incidence of infections.
