Development and Manufacture of Dynamic Detection Device for Train Control System

摘要 为了降低列控系统动态检测工作的难度,减少工作量,提高检测准确度及覆盖范围,研制了一种基于嵌入式硬件开发的列控系统动态检测装置.该装置具备自动校核信号系统动态检测过程中的固定线路信息的功能,同时可将列车实时运行情况及校核结果以图形界面的方式实时显示.介绍了该装置的硬件架构和组成,以及软件框架和处理流程,并对其在京张高铁信号系统动态检测中的测试情况与人工核对结果进行对比验证.结果表明:该装置具有易操作、界面显示清晰、检测效果好、效率高、精度准等优点,可进一步推广应用. To reduce the difficulties and workload in dynamic detection of the train control system and to improve the accuracy and coverage of the detection,a dynamic detection device for the train control system based on embedded hardware was developed.This device has the function of automatically checking the data of the fixed line during the process of dynamic detection of the signal system.Meanwhile,it can display the operations of the train and check results on a graphical interface in a real-time manner.The hardware structure,composition,software framework and processing flow of the device are introduced.This device has been validated by comparing its detection results with manual verification results in the dynamic detection test of the signal system in Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed railway.The results show that this device is easy in operation and has clear display and good detection effects with high efficiency and accuracy,deserving further popularization and application.
