摘要
骨质疏松症是一种常见的全身性骨骼疾病,通常表现为骨量减少,骨的微结构退变,骨脆性增加,从而易于发生骨折。随着社会人口老龄化,我国骨质疏松症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前,药物是骨质疏松症的主要治疗方式。虽然药物对骨质疏松症有一定的疗效,但需要长期服用,不仅会给社会和家庭造成一定的经济负担而且常伴有不良反应的发生。弱光治疗是利用低强度激光或LED光作用于组织,通过光生物调节作用以达到治疗目的的一种物理治疗方法。已有研究表明,弱光治疗可以提升血清维生素D水平,刺激成骨细胞增殖,增强骨结构以提升骨密度,为骨质疏松症患者的辅助治疗提供方向。本文综述了骨质疏松症的治疗现状及弱光治疗骨质疏松症的研究情况。
Being one of the most common systemic bone diseases,osteoporosis is usually characterized by decreased bone mass degeneration of bone microstructure and increased bone brittleness,which is prone to cause fracture.With the aging of the social population,the incidence of osteoporosis in China is increasing year by year.At present,drugs are the main treatment for osteoporosis.Despite of certain effect on osteoporosis,they have to be taken for a long time,which will bring in not only economic burdens to the society and families but also various adverse reactions.Low-intensity light therapy is a kind of physiotherapy that uses low-intensity laser or LED light to act on tissues to get curative results through non-destructive and non-thermal biological response.Studies have shown that low light therapy will increase the level of serum vitamin D,stimulate osteoblasts to promote bone repair,enhance bone structure to increase bone mineral density and provide a direction for adjuvant therapy in patients with osteoporosis.This paper reviews the current situation of osteoporosis treatment and the research on low light therapy for osteoporosis.
