专业学习投入对学业收获的影响:专业满意度的中介作用——以冰雪体育大学生为例 被引量:2

The Influence of Professional Learning Input on Academic Achievement:The Tntermediary Role of Professional Satisfaction--Taking college students of ice and snow sports as an example

摘要 专业满意度对高校内部提高人才培养质量、外部树立专业品牌形象具有重要的意义。以东北三省500名冰雪专业大学生为被试,采用专业满意度、专业学习投入、学业收获量表进行测试,建构三者的中介关系模型。运用Mplus7.4统计软件,发现专业满意度在专业学习投入对学业收获的影响中具有重要的中介作用,其中介效应达到91.88%。建议高等体育院校加强大学生入学专业宣讲,树立专业信念:加快校企联盟建设,增加实习实践环节:加大资金投入,保障办学条件,以提高冰雪体育人才的培养质量,促进高等体育院校冰雪学科的建设与发展。 Professional satisfaction is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training and establish professional brand image in Colleges and universities.Taking 500 ice snow majors from three provinces in Northeast China as subjects,the paper uses the scale of professional satisfaction,professional learning engagement and academic harvest to construct the intermediary relationship model of the three.Using mplus7.4 statistical software,it is found that professional satisfaction plays an important mediating role in the impact of professional learning engagement on academic achievement,and the mediating effect reaches 91.88%.In order to improve the quality of ice snow sports talents training and promote the construction and development of ice and snow Science in Colleges and universities,it is suggested that sports colleges and universities should strengthen the propaganda of College Students’major,establish professional beliefs,speed up the construction of school enterprise alliance,increase practice links,and increase capital investment to ensure the conditions of running schools.
