藏红花胶囊联合米氮平片治疗抑郁症临床研究

Clinical Study on Zanghonghua Capsules Combined with Mirtazapine Tablets for Depression

目的:探讨藏红花胶囊联合米氮平片治疗抑郁症的临床效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取235例抑郁症患者,随机分为2组,对照组予米氮平片治疗,研究组予藏红花胶囊联合米氮平片治疗。评价2组认知功能指标,包括记忆商数、瞬时记忆、短时记忆、长时记忆,比较2组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平、总有效率及抑郁、焦虑评分。结果:研究组总有效率(97.5%)高于对照组(87.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组记忆商数、瞬时记忆、短时记忆、长时记忆评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);TNF-α、IL-1β水平及抑郁、焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:藏红花胶囊联合米氮平片治疗抑郁症总有效率更高,炎性反应显著下降,患者认知功能改善状况良好。

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of Zanghonghua capsules combined with mirtazapine tablets for depression and its effect on cognitive function. Methods:A total of 235 cases of patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with mirtazapine tablets,and the study group was additionally treated with Zanghonghua capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The indexes of cognitive function including memory quotient,immediate memory,short-term memory and long-term memory,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),total effective rate as well as the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were compared.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the study group(97.5%) was higher than that in the control group(87.8%), the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of memory quotient, immediate memory,short-term memory and long-term memory in the study group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β were lower(P<0.05);the scores of depression and anxiety were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zanghonghua capsules combined with mirtazapine tablets in treating depression has higher total effective rate,which can significantly reduce inflammatory responses and improve cognitive function.
