参苓白术颗粒联合思密达治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻临床研究

Clinical Study on Shenling Baizhu Granules Combined with Smecta for Infantile Dyspepsia Diarrhea

目的:观察参苓白术颗粒联合思密达对小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床效果。方法:将小儿消化不良性腹泻114例按照随机数字表法分为2组各57例,对照组给予思密达进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入参苓白术颗粒,对比临床治疗效果。结果:对照组总有效率为75.44%,观察组为91.22%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均停止腹痛、腹泻、腹胀以及大便性能恢复正常的时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后9 d,2组炎症因子水平较前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对小儿消化不良性腹泻采用参苓白术颗粒联合思密达治疗,临床症状缓解更快,可加速患儿恢复肠胃功能,有效减轻患者炎症反应,用药安全。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with smecta for infantile dyspepsia diarrhea. Methods:A total of 114 cases of children with dyspepsia diarrhea were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 57 cases in each group. The control group was treated with smecta, and the observation group was additionally given Shenling Baizhu granules based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect was compared. Results: The total effective rate was 75.44% in the control group and 91.22% in the observation group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The disappearance time of abdominal pain, diarrhea and abdominal distension as well as the recovery time of stool in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). On the 9 thday after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Shenling Baizhu granules combined with smecta for infantile dyspepsia diarrhea can alleviate the clinical symptoms more quickly,accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in children and effectively reduce their inflammatory reactions,with safe medication.
