Development of Ministerial Open Fund Project Management System Based on Cloud Platform

摘要 为完成部级开放基金课题管理要求,全面分析了课题管理的各项业务需求,基于面向服务体系结构搭建了开放基金课题管理系统。该系统基于J2EE框架、B/S(Browser/Server)体系结构、Java语言研发,系统部署于云计算平台中,能完成实验室基金项目申请、评审、中期考核、结项、成果共享等全流程各环节的功能管理。经实际运行表明,该系统可在云端稳定高效运行,能满足实验室开放基金课题的在线实时管理。 In order to meet the requirements of ministerial level open fund project management,a comprehensive analysis of the various requirements of project management is conducted,and an open fund project management system is established based on a service-oriented architecture.This system is based on J2EE framework,B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,Java language research and development,and the system is deployed in the cloud computing platform.It can complete the function management of all links in the whole process of laboratory fund project application,reviewing,mid-term assessment,settlement,and results sharing.The actual operation shows that the system can run stably and efficiently in the cloud and meet the online concurrent management of laboratory open fund projects.
