Shoot and catch: The evolutionary path and symbiosis mechanism of entrepreneurial opportunity and resource

转型经济背景下,创新与创业成为推动中国经济发展的新引擎。创业过程中机会和资源的合理调配决定着企业的创业表现。然而,如何完成创业机会和资源的互化利用仍是一个未解的难题。本研究从创业机会资源一体化视角出发,选取中国第一汽车集团作为案例研究对象,以网络作为情景变量探讨机会和资源如何共生演化并推动创新扩散的机理和路径。研究表明:(1)创业机会和资源的交互是存在于网络层面的一个双元动态行为。(2)扩网和聚核是系统驱动的一体化行为,共同推动创新扩散及创业战略更新。(3)领导者根据组织发展阶段实现机会、资源及创新的优势配置,以保持创业控制体系内交互流转的动态平衡。

In the context of economic transformation,innovation and entrepreneurship have become new engines driving China’s economic development.The reasonable allocation of opportunities and resources in the entrepreneurial process will determine the entrepreneurial performance of enterprises.However,how to complete the mutual utilization of entrepreneurial opportunities and resources is still an unsolved problem.From entrepreneurial opportunities resources integration perspective,we selected China FAW Group Corporation as the research object,then draw the following conclusions:(1)he interaction between entrepreneurial opportunities and resources is a binary dynamic behavior existing at the network level.(2)network expansion and nucleation are integrated behaviors driven by system,jointly promoting innovation diffusion and entrepreneurial strategy.(3)leaders realize the advantageous allocation of opportunities,resources and innovation according to the organizational development stage to maintain the dynamic balance of interactive flow within the entrepreneurial control system.
