基于中医学古籍文献经鼻腔治疗头痛处方的用药规律分析

Prescripton Rule of Headache by Nasal Cavity Treatment Based on Ancient Chinese Medicine Literature Analysis

目的探讨中医学古籍文献经鼻腔治疗头痛处方的用药规律。方法以《中华医典》第5版为资料库检索经鼻腔给药治疗头痛的中药处方,应用频数分析、关联规则、关系网络方法,分析经鼻腔治疗头痛处方的用药规律。结果本研究共纳入处方169首,涉及药物133种,总药物频次622次,发现以川芎、乳香等为代表的活血化瘀药占据重要且核心的地位,以芒硝、火硝等为代表的清热泻火药和以细辛、薄荷等为代表的疏风解表药同样被重视;川芎与薄荷、芒硝、乳香,芒硝与薄荷等均为常用配伍药对。结论系统总结经鼻腔治疗头痛处方的用药规律,发现经鼻腔治疗头痛古籍中处方以活血化瘀、清热泻火、疏风解表为常用治法,这也为临床治疗和进一步的科学研究提供了数据支撑。

Objective To analyze presoription rule of headache by nasal cavity treatment based on ancient Chinese medicine.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of headache by nasal cavity treatment were searched by the Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine(5th edition).Frequency analysis,association rules and relationship network were used to analyze the prescription of headache through nasal cavity.Results One hundred and sixty-nine prescriptions were,involving 133 drugs,with total drug frequency of 622 times.Chuanxiong and Frankincense played an important role in promoting of blood-activating and stasis-removing stasis.The heat-clearing and fire-clearing drugs represented by mirabilite and potassium nitrate were also valued,as well as the wind-relieving and superficies-relieving drugs represented by Asarum and mint.Chuanxiong with mint,mirabilite,frankincense,mint were commonly used for compatibility.Conclusion The prescriptions of headache by nasal cavity treatment were based on blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs,wind-relieving and superficies-relieving,heat-clearing and fire-clearing drugs.
