研究新冠肺炎疫情对水产养殖渔民收入的影响程度,对于采取措施稳定渔民增收具有重要意义。对比分析了2020年上半年与2019年上半年湖北省434个样本户的收支情况。结果显示:人均纯收入减少2223.94元,同比下降13.26%;家庭经营净收入和工资性收入累计减少2190.91元,这是导致收入下降的主要原因;孝感市和鄂州市是受影响的主要区域,两市样本户对全省淡水养殖人均纯收入的减收贡献率分别为22.52%和23.63%;经营渔业支出减少的样本户数达到311户,占比为71.66%,说明春季生产投入受影响的范围较大。预期2020年湖北淡水养殖渔民全年收入将保持增长,但面临着较大的增收压力。

The study of impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the income of aquaculture fishermen in Hubei Province is the main purpose.A comparative analysis of the income and expenditure of 434 freshwater aquaculture sample households in the first half of 2020 and the first half of 2019 was carried out.The main results were as follows,per capita net income decreased by 2223.94 Yuan,a year-on-year decrease of 13.26%;the two indicators of net income from household business and wage income decreased by 2190.91 Yuan,which was the main reason for the decline in income;the contribution rate of the sample households in Xiaogan City and Ezhou City was 22.52%and 23.63%,respectively,which were the main areas that affected the decline in income;the number of sample households with a decrease in operating fishery expenditure was 311,accounting for 71.66%,indicating that the spring production input was affected in a large range.It is expected that the income of Hubei fishermen will continue to grow in 2020,but the pressure to increase income is greater.
