北太平洋鱿钓现状及作业渔船的专业升级改造对策研究——以中国水产舟山海洋渔业有限公司为例 被引量:2

摘要 北太平洋鱿钓渔场是我国最早开发的传统远洋渔场之一,我国已在该渔场持续开展近30年的商业捕捞。近年来,该渔场面临萎缩和产量持续下滑的不利形势。通过调查与论述北太平洋鱿钓渔业发展历史和现状,发现北太平洋鱿鱼资源仍具有一定的开发潜力,但生产渔船及捕捞设备老化、捕捞技术落后等是目前北太平洋鱿钓渔业发展面临的主要问题。结合北太平洋渔场鱿鱼资源分布和渔场海洋环境特征,以中国水产舟山海洋渔业有限公司作为案例,从鱿钓生产渔船的设计和布局、捕捞装备和机械配置、作业模式等方面,提出了对鱿钓渔船进行智能化升级改造的优化建议,以期为突破我国鱿钓企业在该渔场发展的瓶颈,促进北太平洋鱿钓渔业的可持续性健康发展提供参考依据。 Squid jigging fishery in the North Pacific is one of the earliest traditional pelagic fisheries developed in China.It has been in commercial development for more than 30 years.In recent years,the fishery has been facing the unfavorable situations of shrinking area and declining production.Research shows that the squid resources in the North Pacific still have a certain development potential by investigating and discussing the history and status of squid jigging fishery in the North Pacific.However,the development of squid jigging fishing in the North Pacific is facing with major problems such as the aging of fishing vessels and fishing equipment,backward fishing technology and so on.Based on the above problems and combined with the distribution of squid resources in the North Pacific and marine environment characteristics of squid jigging fishery,this paper studies the design and layout of squid fishing production vessels,fishing equipment and machinery configuration,operation mode and other aspects,taking China Aquatic Zhoushan Marine Fisheries Co.,LTD as a case.Optimization suggestions of developing intelligent upgrading squid jigging equipment and fishing technology are put forward.Study aims to provide a reference for breaking the development bottleneck and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of squid jigging fishing in the North Pacific.
