中西医结合治疗肺炎支原体感染相关喘息的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of asthma associated with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗肺炎支原体感染相关喘息的临床疗效。方法2017年6月至2019年5月岑溪市中医医院儿科门诊收治肺炎支原体感染相关喘息患儿72例,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。对照组应用阿奇霉素及雾化吸入布地奈德治疗,观察组应用阿奇霉素及麻杏二陈汤加减治疗,14 d为1个疗程。结果治疗第14天,观察组总有效率为94.4%(34/36),高于对照组72.2%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组喘息咳嗽症状消失或缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个月随访期观察组再发下呼吸道感染或喘息的次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能有效缓解肺炎支原体感染相关喘息的临床症状,临床效果更理想。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on mycoplasma pneumoniae infection-related wheeze.Methods June 2017 to May 2019 Seventy-two children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae infection-related wheeze treated in the pediatric clinic of Cenxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin and nebulized budesonide,The observation group was treated with Azithromycin and Maxing Erchen decoction,14 days as a course of treatment.Results Treatment for 14 days,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%respectively,higher than the control group 72.2%,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of asthma and cough disappeared or alleviated in a shorter time in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the 3-month follow-up period,the frequency of lower respiratory tract infection or asthma in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical signs and symptoms of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in effectively relieving mycoplasma Pneumoniae infection-related asthma,the clinical effect is more ideal.
