要提高营林质量就要进行有效的整体规划,要有一个大局观念整体的对营林计划进行统筹安排,通过有效的计划和管理可以避免对于幼苗抚育过程中出现的各种问题。当今绿色可持续发展的理念深入人心,为了打造低碳减排的生态环境,必须加强绿化工程建设,以此提高营造林的质量。
To improve the quality of forest management,effective overall planning and comprehensive arrangements are necessary.It can avoid various problems in the process of raising seedlings.Nowadays,the concept of green sustainable development is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In order to create a low-carbon and emission-reducing ecological environment,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of greening projects to improve the quality of forestation.
