乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院护理人员心理脱离与家庭工作冲突的分析

Analysis on psychological detachment and family work conflict of nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi

目的了解护理人员心理脱离的现状及影响因素,分析与工作家庭冲突的相关性。方法 2019年3—7月,应用一般情况调查表、心理脱离量表和工作家庭冲突量表,对乌鲁木齐市3所三级甲等医院的1 628名护理人员进行横断面调查,并对数据进行分析。结果护理人员心理脱离总得分为11.42±2.92,各条目平均得分为2.86±0.48。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、学历、工作科室、工作班制、平均每天加班时间和平均每月休假天数均为护理人员心理脱离的影响因素(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,护理人员心理脱离得分与工作家庭冲突总得分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论乌鲁木齐市三级甲等医院护理人员心理脱离与工作家庭冲突均处于中等水平,护理管理者应借鉴国内外不同领域的经验,提高护理人员心理脱离的感知程度,降低工作家庭冲突水平。

Objective To investigate the levels and influencing factors of psychological detachment of nursing staff and analyze its correlation with work family conflict. Methods From March to July 2019,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1 628 nurses in three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi by using the general situation questionnaire,psychological detachment scale and work family conflict scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of psychological detachment of nursing staff was 11.42 ±2.92,and the average score of each item was 2.86 ±0.48. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,educational background,working department,working shifts system,average daily overtime time and average monthly rest days were the influencing factors of psychological detachment of nursing staff(all P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis results showed that there was a negative correlation between the score of psychological detachment and the total score of work family conflict of nursing staff(P<0.01). Conclusion Psychological detachment and work family conflict among nurses in three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi are at the medium level. Nursing managers should learn from domestic and foreign experience in different fields to improve the perception of psychological detachment of nursing staff and reduce the level of work family conflict.
