武汉某高校大学生心肺复苏知识掌握情况 被引量:7

Situation on mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge in students of a university in Wuhan City

摘要 目的了解武汉某高校大学生心肺复苏(CPR)知识掌握情况,为提高该校大学生的心肺复苏技能水平提供对策建议。方法 2019年9—10月采取随机抽样方法,对该高校的251名大学生进行问卷调查。结果 251名参与者对于"心肺复苏的内容"掌握最佳,正确率为87.6%;但参与者对于"胸外心脏按压的深度"与"心肺复苏的体位"掌握较差,正确率分别是59.4%和38.2%;正确率最低的是"胸外心脏按压的频率",仅为20.7%。不同性别、专业、年级学生对心肺复苏具体流程的了解情况和对知晓CPR代表心肺复苏的了解情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。"将心肺复苏知识加入通识课程系列,配置相应学分"是最受参与者欢迎的学习途径,有142名参与者选择;127名参与者偏向于"不受限制,自主自由地学习"。选择"将心肺复苏知识加入思想政治教育课的实践主题序列"这一途径的参与者最少,有119名。结论武汉某高校大学生施救意愿较强,但心肺复苏知识掌握较差。应立足实际,开展多种形式宣传教育,规范培训内容,促进培训常态化、规范化、系统化,加强心肺复苏知识的宣传力度,以提高其施救能力。 Objective To understand the situation of the mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge in students of a university in Wuhan City,provide suggestions for improving CPR skills of college students. Methods From September to October2019,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 251 college students by random sampling. Results 251 participants had the best understanding of "content of CPR",with the correct rate of 87.6%,but participants had pretty poor command of "depth of external chest compression" and "posture of cardiopulmonary resuscitation",with the correct rate of 59.4% and 38.2%respectively. The correct rate of "frequency of external chest compression" was the lowest(20.7%). There were statistically significant differences in the understanding of the specific process of CPR and awareness of CPR represents cardiopulmonary resuscitation between student in different genders,majors and grades(all P<0.05). "Add CPR knowledge to the general course series, and allocate corresponding credits" was the most popular learning way for participants,with 142 choices. 127 participants preferred "unrestricted and free learning". The number of participants selecting "add CPR knowledge to the practice theme series of Ideological and political education course" was the least,with 119 participants. Conclusion Students of a university in Wuhan City have strong willingness to rescue,but they have poor knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is necessary to carry out various forms of publicity and education,standardize the training content,promote the normalization,standardization and systematization of training based on the reality,and strengthen the publicity of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge,so as to improve their rescue ability.
