摘要
通过在斯特林制冷机中的关键零部件活塞表面喷涂一定厚度的聚四氟乙烯基耐磨涂层,并对活塞喷涂件在斯特林制冷机中进行跑合试验,研究了耐磨涂层在斯特林制冷机中的应用情况,将经过跑合试验后的斯特林制冷机打开内部并观察各零部件的摩擦磨损情况,同时分析了耐磨涂层对斯特林制冷机的影响作用机理。结果表明:通过延长固化时间和升高固化温度可以有效解决涂层吸水性和收缩性的应用限制。
he paper was discussed to spray certain thickness wear-resistant coatings based by PTFE on the piston as the key parts of stirling cryocooler,and conducted the running-in test of the stirling cryocooler to research its application effect.Besides,observing the friction and wear of each part by opening the stirling cryocooler after running-in test,and analysising the mechanism of the wear-resistant coating on the stirling cryocooler after the running-in test.The conclusion showed that the application limitation of water absorption and shrinkage of the coating could be effectively solved by prolonging the curing time and increasing the curing temperature.
