摘要
以葡萄籽提取液绿色合成铁纳米颗粒(Fe-NPs)为催化剂,采用非均相类芬顿体系对间甲酚的降解进行研究。利用SEM、FT-IR和XRD等对合成的Fe-NPs进行表征分析。考察了溶液初始p H、催化剂质量浓度、H2O2用量和反应温度对降解的影响。结果表明,在溶液自然p H=6.51、催化剂质量浓度为0.30 g/L、30%H2O2用量为10 m L、反应温度为308.15 K条件下,100 mg/L间甲酚90 min时降解率达到95.75%。在最佳条件下,伪一级和伪二级动力学模型均能有效拟合Fe-NPs对间甲酚的降解过程,包括氧化降解和吸附。
Iron nanoparticles(Fe-NPs)are synthesized from grape seed extract,and used as heterogeneous catalyst for the degradation of m-cresol in a Fenton-like system.The properties of Fe-NPs before and after degradation are characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),respectively.The effects of initial p H value,Fe-NPs dosage,hydrogen peroxide dosage and temperature on the degradation are investigated.The removal efficiency of 100 mg·L-1 m-cresol can reach 95.75%in90 min when the dosage of Fe-NPs is 0.30 g·L-1,the dosage of 30 wt%H2O2 is 10 m L,p H=6.51 and the temperature is maintained at 308.15 K.Under the optimal conditions,both pseudo-first and pseudo-second order kinetic models can effectively fit the degradation process of m-cresol,including oxidative degradation and adsorption.
