三种絮凝剂采收光合细菌的研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于光合细菌体积小、培养液菌体密度低,导致菌体难以回收,极大地限制了光合细菌的产业化应用。研究了不同质量浓度的硫酸铝、氯化铁、壳聚糖絮凝采收光合细菌的效果。结果表明,3种絮凝剂均能高效回收光合细菌,其中氯化铁采收光合细菌的最适质量浓度为1.9 g/L,回收率高达(99.99±0.01)%;硫酸铝采收光合细菌的最适质量浓度为1.5 g/L,回收率为(98.24±0.01)%;壳聚糖的最适质量浓度为0.008 g/L,回收率为(84.20±0.02)%。3种絮凝剂均可高效回收光合细菌,其中壳聚糖由于用量低、无毒害,更适用于采收光合细菌。 Photosynthetic bacteria(PSB)are hard to be recovered due to their small size,lower density in culturing medium and high electronegativity,which hampers their commercial application.Flocculation has been widely used to recover microbiological biomass because of its low cost and high efficiency.Three flocculants,such as Al2(SO4)3,FeCl3,and chitosan,are used to recover PSB biomass.Results show that all three flocculants can efficiently recover PSB biomass.Among them,the optimum concentration of ferric chloride to collect photosynthetic bacteria is 1.9 g·L-1,by which the recovery rate of PSB biomass can reach as high as(99.99±0.01)%;the optimum concentration of aluminum sulfate is 1.5 g·L-1,which can bring about a recovery rate of(98.24±0.01)%;and the optimum concentration of chitosan is 0.008 g·L-1,by which the recovery rate is(84.20±0.02)%.Chitosan is more suitable for collecting photosynthetic bacteria because of its low dosage and non-toxic.
